What's Included
We supply, set up and look after everything. You plug it in next to your router and get on with your day.
Why On-Site
Customer records, invoices and files are processed in your office, in Australia, not on an overseas cloud platform.
Many automation platforms charge per user, per workflow or per run. Your own server runs as many as it can handle for the same price.
Dashboards load instantly on your office network, and the box keeps working even if a cloud service has an outage.
About the size of a hardback book, near silent and cheaper to run than a light bulb. No server room needed.
What It Can Run
The Automation Box can run your automated workflows, host your business dashboards, connect your cloud apps and process calls and enquiry emails into jobs.
It can also host small internal tools such as a booking form, a stock lookup, a staff portal or a document archive. If it's a repetitive digital job, it can probably run on the box.
We use the same approach on our own production systems: Linux servers, scheduled jobs, secure remote access through an encrypted private network, and monitored backups.
How It Works
A 30-minute chat about where your team's time goes. You get a short list of what's worth automating and what it would cost.
We build the workflow or dashboard, test it on your real data, and run it alongside your current process until you trust it.
Your team gets a simple guide. We monitor it, fix anything that breaks and adjust it as your business changes.
Common Questions
Everything is backed up nightly with an offsite copy. On a care plan we restore your setup onto replacement hardware, usually within a business day.
Yes. It's locked down, receives automatic security updates, and remote access runs over an encrypted private network with no ports opened on your router.
No. Most automations use very little bandwidth. A standard NBN business connection is plenty.
It depends. If you have no office or only one or two simple workflows, a cloud service may be cheaper. If you run several workflows, want your data on site, or are tired of per-user fees, a box usually pays for itself. We'll tell you honestly in the audit.
