Techs4U.com.au Free IT guides · techs4u.com.au/resources How to remove the “PC App Store” pop-up app “PC App Store” is an app that often comes bundled with free downloads. It shows pop-ups and adverts, and some versions ask for card details. In your list of programs it may show the publisher as Fast Corporation LTD. Follow these six steps to remove it. Never type card details into its pop-ups. If you already have, call your bank and cancel the card. STEP 1 Turn your Wi-Fi off Click the network icon at the bottom-right of the taskbar and switch Wi-Fi off, or unplug the network cable. This stops the app talking to its server while you remove it. STEP 2 Close it from the taskbar Click the small ^ arrow next to the clock. Right-click the PC App icon and choose Exit. Careful: if a window pops up asking for a card number, expiry or CVV, close it. Don't type any payment details.
